It’s important for me to be honest: most people don’t actually need coaching. Most people can learn, hopefully from here or somewhere else, that creating a system that works is actually pretty easy to do. So there’s my anti sales pitch.
That said, sometimes coaching can help people enough that it’s worth paying for, and I want to see everyone succeed, so I do take on some clients.
I will say that the way I coach (and my approach in general) is a lot different from the norm and what most people expect online fitness coaching to be like. It’s not for everyone, but it can really help some. You can see some of the testimonials I’ve collected here.
My pricing varies on a per client basis. It’s not exorbitant, but its significant enough to make both you and I fully care. I won’t take a client on if I don’t think my coaching will be worth it to them.
